He got a Law Degree from the Lebanese University in 1988. 

He inaugurated his own office in 1992 where he practiced Law and Legal Counseling in 1998; his activities were focused on subjects related to arbitration, banking, commercial, real estates and judicial cases.

Because of the increasing number of his achievements in the field of Law, a number of qualified lawyers joined his office together with other groups of graduate trainee lawyers whose purpose was to gain practical and ethical experiences in the legal and law fields.

He participated in a number of congresses among which we mention:

• Human Rights – International Amnesty Organization – Jordan
• Arbitration – Human rights – International Laws – Darben, South Africa
• Electronic Commerce – Tunisia
• Intellectual Proprietorship- Egypt

He published a set of researches in newspapers, arbitrated periodicals and another set of articles in daily, local and Arabic newspapers as well.  Among these:

• Legislative need for the efficiency of application of the punishment prohibition agreement.
• Legal Consultation (Mechanism of the creation of the judicial advice: Reality and expectation).
• Medical errors between medicine and law.
• Jurisdiction between the lawyer, the judge and the political authority.
• Liberty of movement (Jail without sticks) tasks of deputy and parliament council.
• Members grant, from decision to application.

He was active in several specialized councils.  He was a Founder, a Member or a Counselor in the centers below:

• Order of  Lawyers in Tripoli, Lebanon – Voted member
• Legal Center of Arbitrators in London – Member
• Association of International Arbitrators in London – Member
• Arbitrators Law Center – London, Beirut branch – Founder member
• Specialized consultative center in medical and legitimate sciences  Counselor

• Legal Committee of the Endowment Council in Akkar – Decision maker.

• Almsgiving (Zakat) box Committee in Akkar – Legal Opinion center (DarUlFatwa) – President.
  

He had been delegated by the committee of Justice and administration in the Lebanese Parliament Council for one year from 11/2003 till 11/2004 and he participated in straightening the Punishment and Rental Laws.

A meeting had been held between lawyer Mohamad Mourad and the president of the Algerian Republic Boutaflica on the occasion of holding the meeting at the had office of the Arab Lawyer's Union
